what are we looking for?

- experience in civils/ masonry & surfacing (patching) on the roads network 

- be self motivated with a positive attitude

- be willing to learn/ develop new skills. 

- full uk drivers licence (clean is preferred)

- previous experience operating hot box/ grab is preffered.

for the Ganger position, we will be looking for previous experience in the role, previous tarring experience. Someone reliable, good time management and can manage a team effectivly. 

what will be involved:

maintain high standards (technical)

-attend project and work briefings as required. Driver/ operate vehicles/ plant requiring general and specialist skills.

-Undertake all aspects of highway maintenance works, including acrriageway & footway patching, kerbing, ironwork replacement & drainage.

-Carry out vehicle checks prior to shirt starting & correctly filling in drivers daily defects sheets.

-Record Drivers Hours.

-Follow H&S Policies to protect yourself and others.
