Direct Recruitment was established in March 1995 by current Managing Directors Sue Frost and Karen Seiles, who had the vision of creating a one-stop recruitment agency covering Staffordshire, Cheshire, Shropshire and West Midland’s areas. The combination of extensive experience gained from within the industry, passion and a drive to succeed, ensured that Sue and Karen would lead Direct Recruitment to become regarded as a leading temporary and permanent staffing provider.
