I hope this letter finds you well. Please find attached my CV in response to the Dental Nurse position you have advertised.

I have worked as a dental nurse for 9 years, garnering experience in most areas of nursing and a thorough understanding of how to work effectively in a high pressured, clinical environment with minimal supervision.

For the first 3 years of my career I worked alongside a General Dentist and a Periodontist, followed by 1 year working with an Endodontist.

For the past 5 years I have worked with a Prosthedontist who specialises in Implants at a referral based private practice. During this time, in addition to nursing and patient care, my duties included ordering , stocktaking, keeping up to date with CQC requirements, completing audits and risk assessments, transferring these into practice policy, overseeing the disposal of waste and other everyday tasks to run and maintain a safe, professional clinical environment.

I believe my qualification and work experience make me an ideal candidate for this position.
