'the Quality Register' maintains the names and contact details of people skilled, experienced and qualified in Quality Assurance, the Environment, and Health & Safety. The number of people registered grows steadily but there is always a need for more. At the same time client company/employers provide details of vacancies they wish to fill a detailed outline of which is collated into an eCircular; these are emailed to suitable groups of registered people who respond if any position is of interest to them. After screening suitable applicants are introduced to the client to select those they wish to interview, hopefully resulting in an appointment. The service is free to the individual whilst the company/employer is charged 5% of the starting salary with a minimum of £950; an invoice is raised on the first day the new appointee takes up the position. If we cannot place the person who is appointed we make no charge for our contribution.
Based in the UK 'the Quality Register' operates entirely by email so is able to cover the UK and Ireland and onto the continent. Indeed a significant number of 'people are known in India and South Africa. Full time employment is the most common form of engagement but consultancy, self employed, part time, even home working can all be provided.
