Set up in 2000 by Gillian McCabe and Russell Barton to focus at the mid to senior level, we have since grown and now very successfully work with all levels of individuals on both a contract and permanent basis. Gillian's unique background (she worked in IT in the City for 18 years, latterly as Head of Treasury IT for a major US Bank) and Russell's Headhunting expertise allows us to fully understand both our client and candidate needs and the intricacies of individual roles, and means we have excellent company and market information.
