Allomax was founded in 1992 as a Global Well Engineering Company operating within the Oil and Gas Industry. Allomax’s aim is to reduce risk and cost in our challenging economic climate by assuring the competence of personnel, managing knowledge, providing quality training, developing smart management systems and supplying highly skilled personnel globally.

The company was founded by Peter McAteer, who himself worked offshore for over 25 years. The company divides into three sectors:

Allomax Engineering – Provision of Well Review/ Examination, Drilling Project Management Support, Design and Operations.

Allomax Associates –Specialises in a variety of disciplines, including but not limited to, Subsea, Wells, subsurface, HS&E and Geosciences.

Allomax Systems – Provision of Competence Assurance, Risk Management and Asset Optimisation.
