Permanent Recruitment
Mana Resourcing will find a candidate for a client who is then subsequently employed by the client. A % fee of the starting salary is charged and only invoiced on the day a candidate starts.
Permanent Search and Selection – Finding your perfect senior candidate
As a strategic alliance partner our clients and candidates receive a premium value added service. For this service, which includes headhunting and networking, we identify candidates who maybe “on the market, but not actively in the market.” Clients retain Mana Resourcing’s exclusive services by way of a retainer to enable Mana to focus their considerable time and expertise to the project.
Temporary Recruitment – the flexible approach
Mana Resourcing will find the right candidate for a client who is taken on by the client on a temporary basis. An hourly or daily rate is agreed and the candidate is employed through the agency. This will give the client flexibility, fulfilling the needs for the clients over a shorter period.
Temporary to Permanent Recruitment – A trial period
With this approach the client will take on a temporary worker through Mana Resourcing and then decide to take the worker on a permanent basis. Depending on how long the temporary worker has already worked can mean that this will be with no additional fee!
Interim / Contract – Employment for a fixed period
Where the client needs a Contractor for a specific job within the business, or requires a worker for a fixed term period (for instance to cover maternity). Mana Resourcing has a proven history of providing high quality and staff for these situations.
