We have a database of candidates who have expressed interest in receiving 'Job Notifications' from our company, from companies like yours, saving them time and hassle by having Job Vacancies delivered to their email account. It's a true fact that most people check their email account at least daily so the chances of them finding a Job this way is increased and becomes more advantageous for them.

As most adverts cost upward of £250.00 and are mostly in the paper only once, it relies on candidates buying that paper and constantly being on the look out for a new job as and when it suits them. By utilising our services first, we can find out if any of our candidates are interested in the vacancy and then forward you their CV for your perusal.

You could save yourself money as we only charge if you employ one of the candidates we supply to you!

Please note that unlike other agencies, Exclusive Recruitment only charges a finders fee of £750.00 per permanent placement (bronze package), whereas many agencies charge a minimum of 15% of the annual salary.

Simply this means, for example, should you recruit someone on £20,000 a year, instead of a £3000 fee you will save yourself £2250
