The Management Recruitment Group formed in 2007 and focuses on senior appointments in the built environment.

Our consultants, currently over thirty strong, work in specialist recruitment teams covering a broad range of sectors from design to bids, construction, estates management, property and energy and infrastructure.

Our headquarters are in Twickenham, South West London, and in 2008 we opened an office in London Bridge before moving to larger premises in the City in early 2014 - to extend our coverage further across the South East. Since our launch we have expanded our sector coverage into energy and infrastructure recruitment and established a specialist team focused wholly on recruiting for bids and marketing teams in the built environment, the first of its kind. In addition, we expanded our successful residential house building recruitment team to serve the sales and marketing teams of our existing clients and our facilities management team has continued to grow and now covers public services, corporate real estate and services providers.

In 2013 we expanded our market leading Higher Education and Public Services Estates team into the North West, our first expansion into the North of England.

Our board has an average of over twenty five years experience in recruitment in construction and property, our managers have an average of over twelve years in their specialist fields and our consultants over nine years.
