Our services to employers cover all the elements of the Apprenticeship process, to include Enhanced Recruitment, Our New Milk round Service, 2 day Assessment Centres, 5 day Boot Camp, On Boarding for the first 12 weeks and Performance Management and Development. An integral part of the process also includes training your managers, so they have all the skills and knowledge they need to ensure Apprenticeship success.

Our training programme for the Apprentice covers a multitude of skills including: how to achieve success in the workplace, business etiquette, goal setting, team working, time management and going the extra mile. We also help develop personal attributes and their critical thinking skills to include: problems solving, how to communicate clearly, thinking creatively, collaborating with others, evaluation and analysis, adaptability, dealing with change and positive thinking.

Due to our high standards and training the Apprentices we place are adding value to their employers within just 8 magic weeks of starting. 92.5% of our customers have confirmed that their Apprentice has helped them to increase productivity, 82% of them have offered permanent jobs at the end and more than half of our customers now employ multiple Apprentices.
