In 1997, Capella Recruitment was founded on the premise of providing local businesses with a dynamic agency that met with client and candidate needs. Through the development of excellent professional relationships by gaining strong insight into client requirements, Capella Recruitment has been able to successfully match the right candidate to the right job for more than twelve years, even in extremely challenging markets.
At Capella Recruitment we aim to always take an honest and consultative approach to both our clients and candidates.
